Cancelling Your Domain

You can cancel domains using the following steps:

1. Log in to the Client Area.

2. Click on Domains, followed by My Domains.

3. On the My Domains page, place a tick in the box next to the domain(s) that you do not wish to renew.

4. Click on the With Selected button at the bottom of the domain list, followed by Auto Renewal Status.

5. When the Auto Renewal Status page loads, click on the Disable Auto Renew button.

This will cancel any future invoicing for the selected domain(s).
